Terms and conditions

25% non-refundable deposit on confirmation of booking and then for payment to be made on or before arrival.

Payment can be made by cheque in sterling or by credit card in advance or by credit card on arrival. Payments can also be made by bank transfer of the full sterling amount. Bank details are available upon request. Credit and debit card payments will be subject to the appropriate bank charges.

We cannot be responsible for any loss or damage to any personal goods or belongings.

Except in the case of normal wear and tear, any damage which occurs due to negligent or irresponsible behaviour will be the tenant's responsibility.

Any damage must be reported immediately.

The accommodation is used as serviced holiday accommodation and so is exempt from tenure legislation.

No pets allowed.

No smoking allowed.

No sub-letting is permitted.

We retain the right of access to the properties for any servicing, repair or maintenance work.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We retain the right to make any necessary changes.
